How much is shipping?
Shipping to ROI is €3-€5 depending on weight.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after it has been placed. It will be delivered by An post so please allow for the average postal time frame for your package to arrive. Please allow for longer at busy periods i.e Christmas time etc.
Business days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfotunately orders once completed can not be amended or cancelled as we try to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship to ROI but keep your eyes peeled for By Hannah Jane products going worldwide.

Yes, all our products are hand formulated and poured.
Does my cuticle oil expire?
Yes, your oil will expire within 12 months of opening!
Do you test on Animals?
Absolutely NOT! All of our pens are Vegan and Cruelty free!
How do I use my cuticle oil pen?
You're going to want to give your cuticle oil pen a good twist until the oil dispenses through the bristles. You should then apply the oil around the cuticles and the side walls of the nails and massage it in. Apply oil to nails minimum twice daily to reap all of those benefits!
